Butternut Squash

I was given three absolutely delicious Butternut Squashes from a local grower that I harvested these seeds from. The Squash Vine Borer (Melittia cucurbitae) was really bad this year so I haven’t planted any squashed until the late summer. Planting later in the season will give you a smaller harvest, but thats better than no harvest.

Seed Packs and the paper sleeve labels, are made from 100% post consumer paper. That means these seed packs are compostable! I actually take the labels that mis-printed and feed them to my worm bins. I wonder if worms can read?

Seeds are measured by count, 7 approx.
